Friday night - Kim's jewelry party - - pretty, pretty stuff...I stuck to my $30 budget...a girl can only have so many shiny things! Yesterday was a nice Saturday. Spinning in a.m. I got my times wrong and was an hour early to get Renee, so we got to visit while she had her coffee. (I can't believe it's been at least 6 weeks since I've had a single drop of coffee. Honestly, I don't really miss it. A cup of decaf tea takes its place quite nicely.)
I stopped by Shelley's and had some yummy zuchini bread. I'll be back there today for veggies from her stand. Yesterday afternoon was mowing and housekeeping and giving the dog some exercise with a frisbee. Then Matt called on his way home to suggest we go to the Old Foundry for dinner. It's like being asked out on a date when he calls like that - I love that! The place was packed and we sat in the courtyard. For a day that was supposed to be rainy, it was perfect. Just as we were heading to the truck after, it started raining...and then it poured!
