That was the wildest sound I've ever heard.
Yesterday, I heard the heartbeat of a very tiny little baby growing inside!
Yes! It feels so good to 'tell the world.'
I've known since the beginning of January. All this time, we've been waiting, holding, almost slipping. I couldn't even stand to blog because all I've wanted to say is, "We're having a baby!"
First, I had to wait 4 weeks to tell Matt since he was in Pennsylvania. He'd call every night and I was like, "Oh, things are good here...just get here NOW!"
Then, we've been waiting to tell our parents, and last night we couldn't stand it any longer. The roads were horrible and it was still snowing, but we just had to make 'the rounds' to his Mom's, then his Dad's and my parents'. Needless to say, they were all very pleasantly surprised.
I'm due around September 20. Here's hoping for a nice cool summer!

OH MY GOD!!!! Jen I am so excited for you. My dad is excited too. I just can't wait Jen. I am so happy for you and Matt. Take care of yourself and if you need anything, anything at all let me know and know you have a babysitter. I can't wait to see you. It brings tears to my eyes. Congrats Congrats
Congratulations Jen!!! That is so exciting! Be careful out there in all that snow and as for summer who knows how but you'll make it :D haha... I love hearing that little heartbeat, it is crazy hear it and know that's a baby... your baby :) Congrats again Jen! We're so happy for you and Matt!

Oh my gosh!!! I am so so so so excited for you!! I can't wait...i wanna see your belly, i wanna know what your having, i wanna see the baby.....so many milestones...i just am so happy....CONGRATULATIONS!! Yes, definitely keep us posted. love you!! Oh and congratulations to Matt, too! :)
