Laurie E. and I are taking a girls' "long weekend" in September to visit the (insert echo voice) MALL OF AMERICA!
The guys can't understand why in the world we want to go to a mall on vacation, "but it's the MALL of AMERICA!" Matt will just be getting home from his trip to Ontario. Boys have their fun, we'll have ours! Although, I would like to be there with him to take photos of the hunt, but that won't be necessary, it will be filmed for Outdoor Channel again...I think...unless that's another trip he's taking this fall...I better ask, again.
Back to the girls' plans - - in addition to shopping & dining until we drop, we'll "stamp 'till we cramp" (or another rhyme we could ask Renee about...) at the ScrapFest! We registered last night for one class a day for Friday, Saturday & Sunday, and we have our official badges, so we'll be able to take other workshops at our leisure. We head out on a Wednesday and will return on Monday. I better stop spending all my Avon earnings on more Avon!

I went to the Mall of America site and found this store called Ridemakerz. You can design a custom car or truck online. I want to go with you gals. D
So jealous! I love a girls weekend meant for shopping, but to add scrapbooking is pure genius! Have fun!
