Christmas 2009

This was a few days before Christmas. Grady was getting anxious to open the gifts. Notice the sparse decorating on the tree? Between Grady & Blaze, I had to keep moving things higher.

He didn't have to wait long. Mom, Dad & Armond stopped by Christmas eve during the day for some early gift exchanging!

The Mickey Mouse Clubhouse train is a big hit. Grady loves the song!

Even the dogs loved their gifts!

Matt couldn't wait to give Grady his tricycle, so we hopped on before we headed out to Bonnie's house.

We did leave some gifts to open Christmas morning! Grady wasn't too much into unwrapping, so we let the dogs do that part...do you think they enjoyed it?

Grady loves buttons and music...hence the soundboard! DJ Grady P is in the house!

We headed up to Laurie's later Christmas morning. She always has lovely decorations!

And, look what was under the tree - A Pony the neighs and wags its tail! They even got the cowboy hat & raccoon hat to match, but Grady's not so sure he wants to be a cowboy yet.

The snow on the hill was particulary gorgeous that morning, and every branch and twig was covered in Hoar's frost.

Later it was off to Rory's to graze on snacks, salmon & moose stew, and of course the famous trifle! They got Grady all the fixin's sans lumber to build a playground! That should be fun to watch Matt & Rory put together.

Christmas continued on Saturday with a get-together at Armond's. My cousin Tracey & her boyfriend were up from Baltimore. We got a pretty good laugh playing Just Dance on the Wii Armond got us! Love it! My pregnant hip shakin' to Blondie & Cyndi Lauper were a sight to be seen for sure.

Here's Grady the next day playing with the remote control firetruck from Tracey & the "rumblin'" tractor from Armond. He's all boy!
